  • ClickSend
  • Textlocal

These services provide APIs that allow you to send SMS messages programmatically.

2. Create an Account with an SMS Provider

Sign up for an account with one of the SMS providers listed above. After creating an account, you will typically need to:

  • Obtain API keys or token credentials.
  • Set up a sender number (this may be a virtual number or a short code).

3. Integrate SMS Gateway with RISE CRM

Check if RISE CRM offers native SMS integrations. If it does, you should find an option in the CRM’s settings where you can input your SMS provider's API credentials (such as the API key, token, and sender number).

  • Go to the CRM settings: Look for "Notifications," "Integrations," or a similar section in the RISE CRM dashboard.
  • Enter API credentials: Input the API credentials from the SMS gateway service you chose earlier (such as Twilio or Plivo).

If RISE CRM does not offer a native integration, you may need to use tools like Zapier or Integromat (Make) to connect the SMS gateway with your CRM.
