Repairer Pro is the advance version of Repairer. More Advanced, powerful, flexible complete management software for repair shops with timeclock, commisions, payroll and complete inventory management. It has powerful reporting features. You and your clients can keep track of repair status and invoices.

This all-in-one web application simplifies every stage of the repair business workflow—from job intake and technician assignment to billing and reporting—making it an essential tool for any service-oriented company looking to modernize operations.

Core Features

Repair Management Module
Track every repair with unique ticket IDs, job status, customer details, device info, technician assignment, and repair notes. Supports item condition checklists and service logs.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Maintain a full customer database with contact information, purchase history, past repairs, open invoices, and communication history. Build stronger customer relationships with reminders and follow-ups.

HRM (Human Resource Management)
Manage employee roles, attendance, payroll, leaves, and permissions. Assign technicians to jobs and monitor their performance and productivity.

Inventory Management
Keep full control of spare parts, accessories, and stock levels. Add, remove, or update product details, set reorder thresholds, and receive low-stock alerts.

Invoicing & Billing
Generate branded invoices and receipts. Includes tax settings, discounts, multi-currency support, and various payment methods (cash, card, online).

Point of Sale (POS)
Built-in POS module for quick sales, accessory selling, or retail transactions. Barcode scanning support included.
