Access the Edit Order Page – Navigate to “Orders” in the WooCommerce dashboard and select the order you want to modify.

• Enable Editing – Ensure the order is in an editable state by adjusting its status if necessary.
• Click “Add Item(s)” – Open the product section to start adding new items.
• Add Custom Product Details – Click “Add Custom Item(s)” to enter a product name, price, and quantity.
• Include Multiple Custom Items – Click “Add Custom Item(s)” again to add additional fields for other products.
• Remove Unnecessary Items – Delete any unwanted custom products by clicking the “X” next to the field.
• Save and Update Order – Click “Save” to apply changes. A prompt will confirm recalculations—click “OK” to finalize.
